1. NOTICE - Your email address will not be shared with anyone not an Elk but may be shared with state sponsors, officers, committee persons or whenever required in the performance of official BPOE activities. It is your responsibility as a subscriber to cancel your account when you cease to use the email address you subscribed under and to apply for a new account when obtaining a new email address if you wish to continue receiving messages. Also, email messages to you that repeatedly bounce or return as undeliverable for whatever reason will eventually result in your account being placed on hold then deleted after 6 months if not reactivated during that time.
2. POLICY ON PUBLICATION OF DEATH NOTICES - Requests for the publication of death notices should preferably be submitted by, but not necessarily limited to lodge secretaries. All requests should include complete funeral details and Elk services information whenever possible and written as it should be published. (See Sample Below) Limitations: Due to the large number of lodges in our state, notices will be limited to individuals with national or state titles - past or present - or members of their immediate family. Any determinations or exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of the administrator of this service.
